REALTORS and Internet Marketing – you do need the internet

February 20, 2009

Even today, there are REALTORS that think they do not need a website with a property search.  Yet NAR consistently shows the increase of internet users in the Real Estate industry and research shows that 8 out of 10 homebuyers want to search for properties on an agent or brokerage website for homes.   Research also shows that a buyer is 900% more likely to find a home on the internet vs a newspaper.  With all this amazing information available,  it still amazes me when people say they do not need the internet.   True, there are some businesses that do not like the internet, but the reason being is that the internet is putting them out of business, such as newspapers, phone book companies and magazines.

If people are not using the old fashioned, traditional methods when looking for information, where are they getting it? ……………….. The Internet! I rest my case.

Your website is amazing! You have become a very beautiful, heart-warming and confident woman. I am awed by your talents, skills and professionalism! Through your marriage, mothering, and mentoring, you give hope and empowerment to many and soon, you will be of age to run for President of the United States…You have my vote!

Thoughts

I believe that if you are kind to others, you get kindness in return. If you choose to be around happy and positive people, your life reflects that. If you can do acts of kindness to those in need you will feel good about yourself. I try to live my life to these standards everyday.

My Philosophy

As you will see, I stay very busy. I am not one to sit around and waste the days away. I love the saying "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!” I do eat healthy (organic and all natural as much as possible) but I believe too many people sit around and wait for life to happen instead of going out and making life happen.
